Packaging Printing for Ice Cream Spoons
Ice cream spoons are normally delivered individually wrapped in plain white paper, but the paper packaging can be printed.

The Stick Inserter is a machine that automatically inserts sticks into ice cream mix. Since its development in 1993, it has delivered both high productivity and reduced defect rates, and has been widely adopted, particularly by ice cream stick manufacturing plants in Japan.

Image Monitoring System
The image monitoring system offers a choice of two inspection types. The internal inspection type checks stick defects such as dirt, splinters and chips, while also monitoring issues before insertion, including sticks falling from the conveyor or chucking errors. The external inspection type checks the condition of sticks after they have been inserted into the mold.
